DISPUTES RESOLUTION FACILITIES

Mortgage Link believes it is essential for our clients to be able to use mortgage advisers who are
completely competent in the advice that is given. Mortgage Link has in place formal procedures to deal with complaints or disputes arising from that advice.

You can lodge complaints by telephoning, emailing or writing to the General Manager, Mortgage Link (NZ) Limited, PO Box 1196, Queenstown, (03) 442 9518, email office@mortgagelink.co.nz.

When Mortgage Link receives a complaint, we will attempt to resolve it promptly. This will stop any unnecessary and inappropriate escalation of minor complaints. If we cannot reach agreement on your complaint, you may refer your complaint to our External Dispute resolution Scheme, by contacting:
