Mortgage Link is a long established and well-regarded advisory group who is looking to expand its presence particularly in the major urban areas.

We are based on a licence structure as opposed to an aggregator or franchise model. We believe this gives us considerable advantages as the licensor provides unique lender arrangements, brand, technology, training, business and advisory support, while the licensee owns the business. Within our structure business owners can develop their businesses, looking to build value as well as earn income.

The ultimate aim for any business owner will be to develop a business that is attractive for re-sale, and our systems and processes are geared to supporting this.

New Zealand’s Largest Advisory Group

Mortgage Link is the largest New Zealand owned branded mortgage advisory group, with our growth being driven by our 26 business owners located from Invercargill to Northland.

In recent years the Company has invested significantly in its licence structure, its brand and its technology. It now has the goal of increasing its presence in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

The Company will be actively promoting its licence opportunities to new business owners over the next medium term.

Mortgage Link Company Structure

Mortgage Link, the licensor, is a public company with approximately 60 shareholders. It has a three person Board of Directors and a management team supporting its activities.

In the management team we have a Business Development Manager, responsible for supporting the advisory activities of the group. We also provide our licensees with advice and support for their businesses.

The Company has an Office Manager and accounting function to undertake commission processing. While we are a small team, we are enthusiastic and dedicated to the existing activities as well as developing new opportunities for our group.

Mortgage Link is based in Christchurch, but has a national focus with the Executive Team travelling to our locations on a weekly basis.
