Rod joined Mortgage Link in 2004 as Chief Executive as part of the investment made by the Company in its strategic direction and operations. Rod has extensive experience in the financial services industry, having been an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse and General Manager of the Corporate Trust activities of Perpetual Trust. Rod is responsible for the operational activities of the Company, including its lender relationships, supplier and adviser relationships and working with the Directors in establishing the strategic direction of the Mortgage Link Group.

Vicky Devine
Business Development Manager
Vicky’s initial involvement with the Mortgage Link group occurred when she joined the financial services holding company that supported a number of activities including Mortgage Link. In 2004 she joined the company full time, bringing to her role the considerable financial and banking experience she has, having previously worked for ANZ and Trust Bank. Vicky works closely with our business owners and advisers supporting their loan and advisory activities. Vicky also works with our lender partners in maintaining the strong relationships necessary to develop mutually sustainable business.

Office Manager
Sue looks after the administrative requirements of the Company as well as supporting the activities of management. Sue manages much of the brand collateral and support given to our individual businesses.
