 Richard Austin
Richard has significant experience as a senior executive in the financial services industry, as well as a Company Director. He is currently a co-owner of Strategic Wealth Management Group, a wealth management and financial consultancy company.
He is a Director of Business Mentors New Zealand, and a counsellor representing Canterbury/Westland on the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a Trustee and Finance Committee member of the STOP Trust and a past Chairman of the Canterbury/Westland Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Previously Richard has been Chief Investment Officer of Gould Holdings for a number of years and Director of a number of their subsidiary Companies. He was also a General Manager at Perpetual Trust.

 Phil Christmas
Phil has been involved in the mortgage advice industry since its infancy in 1987. He has helped to develop the changes to the way people source their finance in this country through his involvement in Mortgage Link and the NZMBA.
He started Re-Max Group as an investment advisory and mortgage brokering company but has concentrated on mortgage advice over the last 21 years. His integrity and professionalism has earned him the respect of the major bank and non-bank lenders and he is proud of being a founder of an industry that now provides quality advice and service to just under 40% of mortgage borrowers.
Re-Max Group joined the Mortgage Link group in 1996 and changed its name to reflect this strategic move. Phil is also a founding member of the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association.
Phil has been a Justice of the Peace since 1988. He has a grown family and is actively involved in property investment, mountain biking, road riding, and playing the odd round of golf.

 Charlie Reid
Charlie is a partner in Mortgage Link Central Otago, based in Queenstown. He joined Mortgage Link in 1995 after 21 years banking experience working throughout both the South and North Islands. Charlie and his business partner have been recognised regularly by the industry and were New Zealand’s Mortgage Brokers of the Year in 2003, and runner up in 2005.
Charlie is involved in his local community with the Lions and also the local ice hockey club. He is manager of the New Zealand Senior Men’s (Ice Blacks) ice hockey team.
