Established June 1995 in Timaru under the Mortgage Link banner. A background in retail personal banking and finance, along with marketing and sales background in banking and commercial arena has allowed us to help thousands of people  achieve Home Ownership – many after being declined at their initial foray into lending with their respective banks. We have rescued many clients from pending mortgagee sales and also provided top ups and refinancing options for many more over the 13 years.

We know our patch – area called Aoraki that includes all of South Canterbury and Mid Canterbury – our boundary being the Waitaki River to the Rakaia River.  Our client base is within these boundaries but has extended to other areas around New Zealand and overseas.

We have always believed that relationships are important and that our role is to add value.   Years of business experience has allowed us to provide options that are prudent safe and appropriate to our clients needs. We understand that no one individual’s circumstances are the same and that no lenders products are the same.

We are available daily 8.30am to 5.30pm. We provide an after hours service. Out of office visits are available. We are so diverse – we support the Crusaders and the Highlanders (when they are not playing the Crusaders). And – Go the All Blacks.
