Mortgage Link Rangiora set up in 1998 and have been in their current premises since 1999. The office is situated at 5 Durham Street, Rangiora, and the office is within 50 metres of High Street and opposite two law firms and three real estate companies.

Mortgage Link Lifetime Rangiora is a team of two experienced mortgage specialists - Lisa Perring and Henry Clay. Henry has joined Forces with Lisa to be part of Mortgage Link Lifetime Rangiora to offer specialist lending advice ably supported by Lisa Marshall and Drew Garden.

Lisa has been with Mortgage link Lifetime since April 2009. She has extensive banking and mortgage adviser knowledge,  gained from working in the industry for the past 23 years. Lisa is responsible for the smooth running of the office. She helps the advisers to process loan applications, and communicates with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents and valuers on your behalf.    Lisa can make appointments for clients and assist in anyway if your mortgage adviser is not available.

Drew has vast knowledge in all banking and financial aspects, having been in the industry for over 45 years,  the past year as a support  adviser for Mortgage Link Lifetime. As well as assisting the advisers Drew is a specialist in Equity Release Mortgages through Sentinel, and can offer invaluable advice on all aspects of borrowing. Drew can make appointments and assist in anyway, and if your adviser is not available for any reason he will be able to help you with all your queries.
