Mortgage Link Nelson was formed in July 1996 by combining the businesses of Richard Harris and Mark Langdon. Richard retired in June 2003 and Ian French became a 50% owner in March 2004.

Both Ian and Mark have many years of lending experience behind them. They work as a team, which ensures that all possibilities are explored to ensure the clients get the best deal for their individual situation.

Mortgage Link Nelson cover the whole Nelson and Tasman regions from the Rai Valley/Marlborough Sounds, across to Golden Bay where Ian visits most weeks,  and down to Murchison.
