We have formal arrangements with competent, qualified insurance advisers who we trust with our clients.

Some of the policies that you should consider include:

Mortgage Repayment Insurance
A simple insurance that covers mortgage repayments if you become sick or you are out of work for a limited time

Income Protection Insurance
Can you afford not to work? What happens if you get sick or have an accident? Mortgage Link can advise you on how much you’ll need to keep your bills paid and the best way to be covered for this.

Health Insurance
This covers any family needs that relate to medical, surgical, hospital or dental bills.

Life Insurance
Make sure your family is well provided for in the event of your death.

Fire and General Insurance
Your lender will need your house to be insured but you should also consider insuring the contents of your home. If they ever need to be replaced will you be able to afford it?  Through our alliance with AMI Insurance, we have access to their quality range of products throughout New Zealand

How do I know if I need insurance?

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • If my home is destroyed or damaged, am I sufficiently covered to restore my home to its current state and condition?
  • If I’m sick or have an accident, do I have sufficient income to live, including the payment of my mortgage?
  • If I die or am disabled, will my mortgage be paid off? Will my family have sufficient funds and income to maintain their current life-style?

If the answer to any of those questions is NO, you need to call a Mortgage Link adviser today.
