I joined Mortgage Link in 1994 as a Business Owner and opened my own Office in Invercargill when Mortgage Broking was in its infancy. I had previously worked in a bank for 29 years and wanted to remain in Southland as I was born and brought up in Gore. Invercargill has a great environment for the Children with great schools and sporting amenities.

Over this time Mortgage Link has always been a leader in the field with many innovative opportunities for both clients and members and has supported its brokers with back up support and training and providing us with excellent tools to provide superior service to our clients. Lender accreditation and ongoing attendance and training at NZMBA courses also ensure that we have up to date knowledge about latest financial products, policies and training.

I have always enjoyed assisting clients in meeting their aspirations in purchasing their own home and have terrific enjoyment in being able to assist them with their finance in achieving their goals. Nothing gives me more pleasure than these clients returning again and again to assist them with obtaining finance as they sell their existing home and purchase a new home to satisfy their current needs. I have been back in Southland for over 20 years and take pride in knowing the market and trends that are driving such a great economy in Southland. We operate in the Residential and Commercial Sector for which we deliver excellent service to our clients and take pride in the fact that we listen to them and constructively meet their needs as we have a wide range of lenders and are not constrained to a single lender.

My community involvement has been over many years with the Waikiwi Lions Club and involvement in the Lions District of Southland and Central Otago and the position of District Governor for 2008-9 Other Interest includes spending time with our children and Grandchildren who are all in Invercargill or Queenstown, sea river and lakes fishing, 4 wheel driving to unique areas in Southland and generally enjoying the fantastic scenery in the South
