I joined Mortgage Link in 1993 following 4 years in real estate and a teaching career. At this time mortgage broking was in its infancy, and there was a huge untapped opportunity to help people achieve their dreams. Now, fourteen years later, I am still privileged to be working with a growing team of dedicated passionate personnel

It is enormously satisfying to assist clients from all walks of life with their house purchase whether it is their first home, or an investment, with the minimum of stress and hassle, but more than that it is working with the client for the lifetime of their loan and assisting them to reduce their debt. Often it makes all the difference to clients having an independent person to liaise between themselves and the ‘bank’, taking away the fear that is sometimes invoked when having to deal with a financial institution.

At Mortgage Link Otago we pride ourselves on our ongoing relationships with our clients. Having our clients return to us, or recommending their friends and families is testament to the ongoing caring relationships we have. Also being recognized by our own industry with winning a number of awards including Mortgage Link Broker of the Year in 2007 is a tremendous achievement.
