Mortgage Link Lifetime Christchurch

I have been in  the banking  and brokering business since 1987,  starting way back then with the Canterbury Savings Bank,   the last seven years  of my career  as Mortgage specialist/broker with Argent Financial Services Ltd  in Christchurch.

I had the opportunity  to become a  shareholder  in Argent in 2005, and have been excited by the growth, as  the Argent Lifetime  Group has established  offices throughout the South Island. The Argent /Lifetime group has recently established a  business relationship with Mortgage Link,  in Rangiora and Christchurch  and I am  delighted to  have  made the  move  from one great company,  to another great company, Mortgage Link.

I see the professional structure, and the passion for excellence  that is Mortgage Link as a  good fit.  
I love being a Mortgage broker, it gives me the opportunity to do some of the things I like most.  Meeting new people, sharing my knowledge and experience, and  enjoying the  thrill of   first home ownership.  I like to be able to de-mystify the lending process, by taking the hard work out of it for my clients.  It is really satisfying to  be able to match a lender  and  loan type  to my clients personal  circumstances, and  help them  manage their lending, for the term of the loan.  Nothing is better than seeing happy clients   who are on the way to achieving their financial goals.
Outside of work my priority is enjoying my family, and making the most of the time we get to spend together… both my children have elected to make their lives overseas.

I  enjoy all sport, especially watching  anything in a red and black jersey , love listening to music   and enjoy concerts and movies. I am just beginning to enjoy gardening, up until now I thought it was lovely to look at but unpleasant work… I am seeing the error of my ways.  I love walking the Port Hills around Christchurch, and two dogs ensure I keep  at it!
